This easy-to-install tap water filter from Tappwater is a eco-friendly solution to clean drinking water in your home. It filters over 90 contaminants, including heavy metals, chlorine and microplastics for a clean drinking experience.

Ingredients / Materials

The filter is made of ABS plastic, free of BPA and phthalates. The carbon disc is made from coconut shells (70%), which is biodegrade and UHMW (30%), which is inert, stable and does not accumulate in marine life.

Care & Use

Tool Free, Simple Installation:

1. Remove Aerator: Twist off the aerator from your faucet’s spout.

2. Attach Connector: Screw the filter’s connector onto the thread of you faucet. Make sure it’s firmly seated.

3. Activate Filter: Flip the filter’s lever to switch between filtered and unfiltered water as desired.


Use hot water only in the NO filter position

Avoid washing the filter with soap

If you haven’t used the filter in several days, let the filtered water run for 30 seconds

Avoid exposing the filter to heat

When disposing the refills separate the parts. The plastic can be recycled but the carbon block should be disposed with other waste as it accumulates contaminants inside.
