Our feature product is a 24-pack of high quality 304 Grade Stainless Steel Pegs. Made from one piece of wire, these pegs are resistant to weathering, rusting and last ages!

The contents of our box are always a surprise, but you will receive some of our very favourite natural face, body and hair care products, zero waste, cleaning, plastic-free, and lifestyle products - many of which are Australian made.
The only box 100% free from palm oil-derived ingredients. We are proud of being palm oil-free at Biome - no trace of palm oil, which, unfortunately, you will find in most natural, vegan, and even cruelty-free products.
Is the box vegan? Sometimes the box will contain products with beeswax or honey. Biome does not stock any products with dairy or other animal-derived ingredients, except for products made with Australian beeswax and honey.
We especially aim to support small local brands in the box.
How to collect in store

Each box will contain from $80 to $110 in value and will always have minimal plastic and be 100% free from palm oil for your peace of mind. What an awesome way to be introduced to all the wonderful palm oil free choices that exist. See the four box subscription here >
The individual box price will vary each time relative to the value of the contents, but with the subscription you lock in the price for four!
If you choose the four box 12 month subscription, we ship by the seasons so the four boxes will be sent to you in
- December for Summer
- March for Autumn
- June for Winter
- September for Spring
Please note also that each season the individual box price varies in the value contained, but will always be incredible value!

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.
