However, Quenched™ is not a synthetic coating, it is still natural, real seasoning - the initial oven seasoning forms a strong foundation, so you can get cooking straight away! But, please note, that you may still need to or choose to do a little stovetop seasoning for a superior non-stick surface, or let it build naturally through cooking.
As this is still real seasoning on iron pans, acidic foods and detergents can still erode the seasoning. But no big deal, it's always fixable with a little touch up to the seasoning, or just keep cooking. Solidteknics pans are made to be workhorses, not beauty queens.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

I have been updating my kitchen with smaller products that are going to give me healthy cooking options and are suitable for me now I am cooking for one person.
The Solidtekniks range is so versatile and has allowed me to swap out several pots, pans and cake tins etc as they can actually be used in multiple ways. This gives me easier access to my cupboards and saves me time.
Biome had this lovely pan at the cheapest price and even included a free gift and free postage.
Delivery was really fast and I loved receiving the hand written note thanking me for my purchase.
Although I am now elderly and buying fewer items I will always check out this lovely company first.
They are great to deal with and have the quality products I want.
