Camphor Laurel is recognized as a serious environmental weed species in Australia and control programs advocate integrated removal and replacement with Native trees. By utilising this ethically acceptable timber we contribute to the environment in a positive way.

Please note - upon arrival, the board will smell of camphor laurel, due to the natural oils of the wood. This will not transfer to the food, and is food-safe. The smell will fade with use, especially after an intial wash in warm soapy water.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

Lovely board arrived quickly and totally happy with it .
There are no approximate indictors as to what small med or lge actually is .
Small is literally small , approximately 30cm X 160cm so go bigger if you need a general purpose board ...Looking at their other products Biome looks like a company that cares

We recently decided to make the switch from plastic to timber chopping boards, and paid a decent amount of money for 3 timber chopping boards at a local 'Makers Market'. Unfortunately they were a total disappointment. They started cracking, the timber was too soft, and they just weren't up to the task. So we decided to try this single piece camphor laurel board from Biome, and it is SO much better. It's thicker, does not look like it will ever crack, and is holding up well to regular use. We'll be buying more!
