Sourcing: SuperFeast Lion's Mane has been carefully water-extracted and sourced Dì Dào (地道) from China's Zhejiang and Heilongjiang regions. It is grown in the shade, on mature oak tree chips, and sun-dried before being extracted.

Serving Suggestion:
Adults, take 1.2g (½ tsp) once to twice a day.

Start with 1⁄4 teaspoon of powdered mushroom extract, increasing to 1⁄2 teaspoon or more if desired.

Stir into hot water. Add honey or maple syrup & milk of choice for a delicious infusion. Alternatively, simply add it to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a smoothie.
