45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

I bought one of these a few months ago and I came back for another. Bino is 8oz, easy care (hand wash), keeps drinks hot for up to 3 hours, works with hot & cold drinks. The lid is a game changer, clicks back securely, and is easy to clean. There are lines within the cup making it easy for baristas, fits in standard cup holders and under standard coffee machines. The base has a non-slip mat, the outside is ceramic and the inside stainless, feels great in your hand and is light. The bubblegum pink is fun, and brightens up my morning. Highly recommend

I have had another of these cups for maybe 2 years, taking it to work most days, and it remains reliably leakproof. It is also great for maintaining temperature, and is a very nice size. I bought this one for my partner, and she loves the pink.

Love my Fressko travel cup! I now have 2 - one for home and one for caravan trips
So easy to use and keep clean. Previously had another very well known brand, it did keep the beverage hotter for longer, however it was such a pain to keep clean as there were several parts in the lid which had to be removed to clean the mechanism properly. I gave that one away!
