Recipe Ideas

For perfectly crispy roast potatoes, toss them with Saltbush and Vinegar Sprinkle and a little oil, then choose to either deep fry or bake until golden and crunchy.

Prepare Saltbush and Vinegar battered fish by combining flour, pepper, and the sprinkle. Coat your preferred fish fillets in this mixture, then shallow fry them in a pan with olive oil and butter. Finish by sprinkling additional seasoning on top before serving.

For salt and vinegar roasted vegetables, coat your selected vegetables—such as eggplant, potatoes, carrots, or Brussels sprouts—with olive oil and a generous layer of Saltbush and Vinegar Sprinkle. Roast them in the oven until they become tender and develop a subtle caramelization.

Thinly slice cucumbers and combine them with Saltbush and Vinegar Sprinkle, sugar, dill, and a vinegar-water blend to create a crisp and refreshing cucumber salad.
