45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

Bought this for my husband who shaved his whole head regularly. He is really happy that it’s doing its job. Smells good, gentle on skin, froths well, no nasties. I keep it in a little round soap dish we already had. Hopefully it lasts well. Winner!

My husband absolutely loves his shaving soap. Perfect size for his bowl as all others were too small. I grated it and pressed it into the bowl. He loves the smell and the great lather and also how soft and silky it makes his skin feel. 10/10. 😊

This shave soap is so nice. Beautiful natural scent, easy to use, moisturising. I have been looking for a more natural alternative to my typical, not so environmentally friendly shave foam in a can and I've found it. This is my new go to and everyone is going to get a tin for their birthday or in their Christmas stocking this year for sure!

Love this shave soap! I was very hesitant to move to shave soap because I have very sensitive skin, but this stuff is honestly the best! Makes shaving so easy and doesn't dry out quickly when you're trying to shave large areas at once (like legs), no irritation, leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturised! Will definitely be sticking to this, over the sensitive shaving cream/gel.
