Calm Companion

Calm Companion was created by two mums, Jess, a registered midwife, and Mikaelah, a primary teacher and photographer, after noticing how a simple wooden acupressure tool originally designed for labour support was helping people through all kinds of stressful moments. From blood tests and MRI scans to anxiety, sensory overwhelm and busy days at work, they realised everyone could benefit from having a small, grounding tool close by.

Today, Calm Companion creates practical, pocket-sized tools for everyday moments when you need a little extra support. Each companion is hand-carved from natural wood in a certified Fair Trade workshop, making it a thoughtful, tactile tool to keep close wherever life takes you.
