Due to the growing demand, we only release a limited number of subscriptions each season... The individual box price will vary each time relative to the value of the contents, but with the subscription you lock in the price for four!

The only box 100% free from palm oil-derived ingredients. We are proud of being palm oil-free at Biome - no trace of palm oil, which, unfortunately, you will find in most natural, vegan, and even cruelty-free products.
Is the box vegan? Please note that sometimes the box will contain products with beeswax or honey. Biome does not stock any products with dairy or other animal-derived ingredients, except for products made with Australian beeswax and honey.
While the contents of our box are always a surprise, you will receive some of our very favourite natural face, body and hair care products, zero waste, cleaning, plastic-free, and lifestyle products. What an excellent way to be introduced to all the wonderful palm oil-free choices that exist. Many of the products will be Australian made supporting small local brands.

Add only this 4 box subscription to your cart. Please place a separate order for any other products you would like now. If other products are added, we will contact you to pay shipping for those items.
For the subscription service, we can not accommodate any Special Delivery instructions, nor Authority to Leave.
All four boxes will be sent by eParcel to the shipping address used on your first order. Should you need to change the delivery address during the year, please email customer service on shop@biome.com.au
You can choose to purchase a , or buy a year subscription to four boxes including standard shipping (express and international shipping are not available).

Boxes are sent around the 7th of the month.
If you choose the four box 12 month subscription, we ship by the seasons so the four boxes will be sent to you in:
- June for Winter
- September for Spring
- December for Summer
- March for Autumn
How to collect in store
If you prefer to pick up in store, please select Click & Collect at checkout We will call you as soon as your box is ready to collect in store. If you order this 4 box subscription, every box will be sent to your selected store for pick up.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

This is my second year of subscribing to the Biome Box. I also give a subscription to my mum each year so she gets regular surprises throughout the year.
Each box has been lovely, but there was something about this season's set of products that was especially satisfying. The sweet treat was shared with my daughter at school pickup and I immediately put one of the cleaning products to use - it smells great.
I also appreciated that my non-subscription order was shipped in the same parcel.

I’ve had several of these seasonal boxes over the years and they never disappoint. Have had my eye on your stainless steel pegs for a long time and am so pleased they were in the Winter Box.
