Back to Baskets first began working with their suppliers around the year 2000. They believe in fair trade and equal opportunity, working with women and disadvantaged groups particularly in rural areas.

Their Seagrass products are handcrafted in Northern Vietnam villages, giving employment opportunity to areas with minimal prospects. All of their products are natural and organic, grown in a sustainable manner. The baskets are very strong, long lasting and will harmlessly decompose at the end of their life.
