Seaweed and Salt Bath Soak
Ingredients
- 1 cup Tasmanian Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Organic Seaweed Powder
- 5 drops of Ginger Oil or your oil of choice
Method
Place all the ingredients into a glass bowl and mix together.
How To Use
Once you've run a warm or hot bath, add all of the salt bath soak to the water. Soak for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: For a calming bath, add chamomile or lavender essential oil to the soak mixture. To feel uplifted, use rosemary or grapefruit essentials oil.
Notes:- Pregnant ladies should seek medical advice before using any essential oils.
- Be aware that this powder has a strong seaweed odour, so test product before using.
- People with an allergy to iodine should avoid this DIY product.
- Although these ingredients are gentle and natural, please patch test first for any potential reactions.
