45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $60. Shipping for orders under $60 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Very mild

I love this soap as it is so mild. Due to it's natural properties I have found that it is suitable for use even on sensitive skin types.

Has converted me completely

Since first trying this as a dish soap , I’m a complete convert and won’t use anything else. The skin on my hands has never been this happy and it’s an effective cleaning agent. I’ll never use anything else again.

Great dishwasher

I love how this soap foams up like normal dishwashing soap. Very happy with this product. Only con is that you definitely have to rinse your dishes thoroughly after use, otherwise it can leave quite a significant soapy residue.

I try to use as little products as possible and like my soaps to have minimal ingredients, this soap is good enough, if you haven't used one ingredient castille soap, they are all the same, they get slimy/soft easily, I do still use these occasionally but prefer tallow+olive soap now.

My wife loves it.

A great, neutral soap. No fragrance, no nasties. I would give it 5 stars if it lasted a little longer (tends to disintegrate pretty quick in the shower).
