Stainless steel containers vary in quality, with some being quick to rust and with fiddly clips. We have made sure that our Good to Go reusable takeaway containers are made from top quality 304 grade stainless steel with an attractive brushed finish, sturdy easy to use clips, and good quality removable silicone seal that really is leak proof.

*The rectangle shaped plastic takeaway containers most commonly used for takeaway are known as "650ml", but in reality hold more if filled to the very brim.  Our container holds 700ml comfortably, but if filled to the very brim holds around 750ml.

end of life:

Stainless steel is recyclable at the end of it's useful life. Silicone can be returned to any Biome location for recycling. Alternatively, see your local council for recycling facilities.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day.  Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day.  Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
