Using a shampoo bar is simple, but a few small tweaks can make a big difference to your results.
Step 1: Fully wet your hair
Shampoo bars work best on very wet hair. Make sure your hair is completely saturated before applying.
Step 2: Choose your application method
You can use a shampoo bar in two main ways:
- Option 1: Apply directly to hair (most effective): Rub the shampoo bar directly onto your scalp in gentle strokes. Focus on the roots where oil tends to build up. Massage with your fingers to create a creamy lather.
- Option 2: Lather in hands first (great for shorter hair): Rub the bar between your hands to create foam. Apply the lather to your scalp and massage through.
Step 3: Massage the scalp properly
Work the lather into your scalp using your fingertips, not your nails. This helps remove oil, dirt and product build-up.
Step 4: Rinse thoroughly
Rinse well to ensure no product is left behind. Repeat only if needed.

- Wash no more than 2 - 3 times per week to maintain scalp balance.
- Always store your shampoo bar in a well-drained soap dish to extend its life.
- If you’re switching from liquid shampoo, allow 1 - 2 weeks for your scalp to rebalance.
- Pair with a matching conditioner bar for optimal results.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

I am so sad! I love this shampoo bar and the creamy curls conditioning bar. They last for so long and have tamed my crazy frizzy hair into complimentary worthy ways. And plastic free, whats not to love about that! To hear they have been discontinued, so sad...Anyway I have tried to secure the last few bars and hope it will get me through the next year. Please, please someone recreate this product.

This shampoo bar leaves my 50 something hair soft and shiny. I do have curls but can easily dry it straight with this shampoo. I have used other bars with no joy but this one doesn’t even need conditioner (just a tiny bit of Argon oil)
