How it works

Step 3: Invite mates to your order. They have 8 hours to join your order.
*Mateship only works with standard shipping, not express.
45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

Very happy with this product, the quality and the sealing compartments. I worried my 4yo wouldn’t be able to open it herself but she can with no issues. The only downside is that the largest compartment doesn’t quite fit a whole sandwich, which is a shame but I have figured out a way to fit it in using two compartments. Apart from that, it’s a great lunch box

Finally - after many lunchboxes I have finally found one that is perfect. Easy to clean, leak proof and holds a good amount of food for primary aged kids. Getting a second one!

This lunch box is clearly well made. It’s strong and sturdy yet easy for my 3 year old to open and close. The silicone on the handle makes it close with ease and quietness.
I love how simple it is to clean and pack food without it all getting mixed up on the road.
I strongly recommend this product.

The lunchbox itself is fantastic. The quality is great, and it will fit the perfect amount of food in it. However, when choosing the white option, be aware that’s it’s actually a blurred clear colour and not at all white like the picture. My daughter was extremely upset. She has an intellectual disability and this was her first “grown up” lunchbox for her first year at high school. It would be a good idea to have a realistic photo of the white, otherwise people are buying something totally different.
