The Redecker company is one of the last producers of hand-crafted brushes in Germany. With traditional hand threading being increasingly replaced by machines there are very few people worldwide who have mastered the intricacies of this craft. However, Redecker's son continues to pass on his knowledge to anyone interested, and – of course – to those who work in the Redecker brush factory.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

I've tried a few dish brushes but always found the angle of the handle to be awkward. I love this brush because the angle is perfect and doesn't put a strain on my wrist. The bristles are great too. I was initially worried that they'd scratch the good plates but they don't. I also really like how the bristles stay put and don't shed.
Great quality Heavy duty
This is the best replaceable-head wooded brush I've tried. The bristles are soft yet scrub really well, it's comfortable and ergonomic and the bristles keep their shape for a long time. Only minor issue is the connecting point to the handle, the wooden hole can wear away a bit with the damp. Nothing a bit of glue couldn't fix to extend usable life, before replacing the head when it needs to be replaced.
I love the brush head - soft but scrubs well - the handle is a great length, it has a good hook for drying and the head can be replaced. But, ours work out where the metal from the brush head goes into the handle and become unusable with the handle. I would choose their pot scrubber over this as there are less things to break.
I’ve got this for almost two years now and it’s still working perfectly. I just hang it on my dish rack to dry then. Love the fact that the head is changeable
