Directions for use:
One serve = 2.8g (approx 1 level teaspoon)
Adults: use ½ to 1 serve daily
Pregnant or Breastfeeding Mothers: use ¾ to 1 ¼ serves daily
Children aged 1-11 years: use 1/3 of a level teaspoon daily
Serving Suggestions: Mix in your favourite juice, water or simply add to food
