We searched for high quality, special bamboo cutlery to include in our set: the spoon is very smooth, the fork is sharp enough to actually skewer food (unlike some plastic forks), and the knife has a serrated edge for proper cutting, which is a hard feature to find.

  • Contains natural antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial properties of tea tree and lavender oils.
  • Use on hands after washing or instead of soap before eating and touching your face.
  • Also an effective surface cleaner.
  • Smells clean and fresh.
  • Liquid consistency; comes in a spray bottle.

caution:

  • Before using, always wash straw inside thoroughly with the straw cleaning brush.
  • Not suitable for children due to the rigid pipe and ends which may injure. Take care also with people with mobility difficulties.
  • A stainless steel straw is not a toy! Do not let any children use unsupervised. Do not allow children to walk or run with the stainless steel straw.
  • Anyone given a straw should be taught not to bite down on the straw as it may hurt their teeth or mouth. 

Bag and napkin are made in India, where the organic cotton is grown.

Hand sanitiser is made in the Grampian ranges, in Victoria.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 12noon AEST are sent same day. 

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
