General recruitment

We are often seeking new team members for a variety of roles with Biome. Customer service is an essential part of the Biome experience, and we carefully select our staff ambassadors to deliver all that Biome offers as part of our low tox, zero waste and ethical journey.

We are the proud employer of junior and senior retail staff, warehouse staff, retail managers, and head office personnel. We also offer short term internships to university students in the areas of marketing and public relations. Online Centre Shift Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Online Centre Shift Supervisor.
This role is suited to a person who has leadership experience or interest. Staff supervision is a large part of the role. There will be extensive training offered as shift supervisors will need to learn a number of procedures in the areas of order fulfilment, warehousing and customer service. Thus, the successful applicant will approach this role as a career position requiring personal commitment, monitoring business KPIs and communicating needs to both junior staff and management.

Role parameters

  • Four days per week (30 hours)
  • Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm
  • Monday and Tuesday 11pm - 7pm
  • Based in Milton, Queensland
