Use of promotional vouchers for members only 

In order to use any promotional voucher or discount code, you must create an Account on the Biome website or in store, where ever you are redeeming the voucher or code.

Discount vouchers/codes may not be used to purchase Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards.

Promotional codes 

The following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to the use of ALL online and in store promotional vouchers and codes distributed by Biome.

Codes must be used at the time of checkout and can not be applied after the purchase.

Promotional codes are to be used for a one time purchase only.

Promotional codes are only to be used by the specific person to whom the code was provided directly by Biome.

Promotion codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or promotional code.

Promotional codes are not valid on sale items or other discounted items.

Biome reserves the right to cancel the use of promotional codes or to cancel the entire order without refund* where the codes are used in the following circumstances:

a. suspicious or fraudulent codes use;

b. use that breaches any of these terms and conditions;

c. code abuse, including codes redeemed using multiple accounts, names, email addresses or checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and/ or

d. codes used in bad faith (including shared codes, resold vouchers, or use of codes on orders made and intended for resale).

*In the event of any of the above code misuse, we reserve the right to cancel an order without refund as fair payment for the damage and costs caused to our business.  Part of the funds will instead be donated to a worthy charity of our choosing.

Additional terms and conditions may be specified in relation to specific promotional codes (for example, duration, discount amount and products covered), and will govern the use and redemption of those vouchers in addition to these terms.

Use of codes by re-sellers is not tolerated, and Biome reserves the right to cancel orders which are deemed to display re-seller behaviour.

Promotional codes are not exchangeable for cash.

Biome reserves the right to change these terms or cancel any promotions at any time without notice.

In the event of the return of any product purchased using a promotional code, the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, and thus Biome will deduct the value of the offer from the refund.

Membership discount limitations

Discounts offered at Biome through being a member of an organisation, can not be used on items on sale, including site wide offers.   The membership discount code can also not be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount code.

Be.Club rewards program online and in store member passes

Biome reserves the right to change any of the Members' rewards offered, and these terms and conditions, or to end this program at any time, including cancelling any reward and offer vouchers already issued online or in store.

By becoming a Member, you agree to receive emails and notifications to your phone.  You can unsubscribe from our email newsletters at any time (but you will not know about the offers), and can turn off notifications on your phone (if you do not wish to know what the offers are).

We may email you separately on matters related to the Member's reward program.

Online Reward Vouchers

  • You have 12 months to convert reward points to a voucher, and to use that voucher, from the time of the purchase that generated those points. If you do not shop again within 12 months, all points will expire and will no longer generate a voucher of any value.
  • Points are not accumulated on discounted or sale items.

Buying limits 

In fairness to all, we may without notice implement a buying limit, including after an order has been placed. Should your order quantity exceed the limit, we will contact you to arrange a refund for the items that we will not supply.

Social media community guidelines

Biome Eco Stores wish to promote a friendly, informative and enjoyable online experience for members of our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and Google community. 

We expect posts to our page and comments on our posts to be polite, and we ask that you treat people, including admins, with respect and courtesy. Please respect other people's views and opinions.

Comments or posts using inappropriate language, which are abusive towards others, or which appear to deliberately provoke arguments, will be deleted and/or the user will be blocked. 

Content and comments containing any of the following are not permitted to be posted on any of our social media posts or pages, and will be removed:

  • Profane, defamatory, offensive or violent language
  • “Trolling”, or posting deliberately disruptive statements meant to hijack comment threads or throw discussions off-track
  • Attacks on specific groups or any comments meant to harass, threaten or abuse an individual
  • Hateful or discriminatory comments regarding race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs
  • Links or comments containing sexually explicit content material
  • Discussion of illegal activity
  • Spam, link baiting or files containing viruses that could damage the operation of other people’s computers or mobile devices
  • Acknowledgement of intent to stalk an individual or collect private information without disclosure
  • Commercial solicitations or promotion of a competitor
  • Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Content that relates to confidential or proprietary business information
  • Content determined to be inappropriate, in poor taste, or otherwise contrary to the purposes of the forum
  • Promoting competing products, services, or brands
  • Personal promotion

Using the #BiomeLove hashtag and tagging Biome Eco Stores in your social media posts

  1. By tagging Biome Eco Stores in your Instagram or Facebook photos or using the hashtag #BiomeLove in your posts, you give Biome permission to share that photo, and occasionally the accompanying message, with our community. Our community includes our e-newsletter, website, and our Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google and YouTube pages. 
  2. Biome will provide full credit by tagging you, either in the post description or comments section of the post.
  3. To ensure we see the post, your Instagram account must be a public account (not private). Likewise, the Facebook post must be a public post. 

Share the #BiomeLove to win a $100 Biome voucher every month competition

  1. Valid for photos of Biome purchases only.
  2. Photo of Biome customer's purchase must be tagged with #BiomeLove on Facebook and/or Instagram.
  3. Monthly competition commences on first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. 
  4. Winner for the month will be selected by the Biome team within one week of the last day of the month. 
  5. Winner will be notified by social media (e.g. Biome will comment on the post or private message the winner on Facebook or Instagram), and will be asked to provide their email address so that a voucher can be emailed to them. 
  6. If the winner has not responded within one week of being selected, Biome reserves the right to select another winner.
