The bamboo charcoal toothbrush bristles are claimed to contain charcoal reactive ion which adsorbs the dental plaque on the surface of teeth. Ultrafine ends of the bamboo charcoal enhanced bristles can go deep into the various gaps between the teeth for deep cleaning, and have a super adsorption capacity that takes care of gums and protects while brushing.

Made from MOSO Panda friendly bamboo, the bamboo handle will biodegrade in compost or the earth. 30 million plastic toothbrushes that are used and disposed of each year in Australia that can not be recycled! Hard plastics that are not containers such as toys and toothbrushes can not be recycled through standard household recycling programs.

*About the bristles: The bristles are made from Nylon 6 and thus this toothbrush is not 100% plastic free nor 100% biodegradable. For those seeking a completely plastic-free brush, the only option is animal hair bristle. We believe it is not possible to make a bristle from 100% bamboo or other plant oil as there needs to be some form of synthetic binder). Before composting, remove the bristles and place in your bin.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 12noon AEST are sent same day.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
