45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Love the way this makes a kids water bottle easy for visiting other people's houses (who may not be okay with spills) and means she can use her bottle even earlier!
Used for my daughter who uses these bottles fairly exclusively. Easy to clean ,durable and colour looks great on different coloured bottles.
Love this sippy cap on the sippy cup for my toddler who is transitioning from a bottle with teat. At first, we used it with the valve in, then with only one side of the valve in so the water flowed more with less need to suck, and then once he got used to the flow we use it without the valve. (We still put it in when travelling though and I’ve never had it leek while rolling around in the bag).
These are great for converting your usual Klean Kanteen water bottles for toddler use. I have two which are still going strong after 3 years of daily use. The plastic cover does eventually wear and become loose, which is the only negative. These lids are not completely water tight, so if they are left on their side, they do eventually drip a little but are otherwise fairly robust and spill proof thanks to the removeable silicon valve inside.
I bought this for my daughter's bottle. It came with the sports cap but she doesn't really like the sports cap. She is 3 and a half and still using the sippy cup lid and won't let me change it. She's a fan.
