Dorsu is a brand hoping to set an example for other Cambodian-made brands by causing as little harm to the environment as possible. Dorsu's uses soft remnant cotton fabrics to construct their garments. All of the manufacturing is completed onsight, which allows them a lot more control over their sustainable practices. Dorsu's prides itself in their garments being easy to wear, durable and quality made and intelligently using resources in the design process. They design and produce in small batches consisting of 2-4 pieces that the customer can wear together trans-seasonally. Using deadstock fabric means minimising unused and unwanted leftover rolls going to waste or, as often is the case, landfill. Dorsu is a brand with transparency the whole way through the design process; this is a brand that you can scroll and shop from guilt-free.
