HOW TO USE:
This solid cream balm is gentle enough for daily use. The texture is like a balm which melts upon contact with your skin.

Once applied it absorbs quickly leaving little or no residue.

It's best applied twice daily. In the morning and at night before bed.

Using the back of your nail, take out approx. 1/4 teaspoon and apply to wherever you're comfortable though best areas are the neck, chest, breasts, lower abdomen, inner arms, and inner thighs. Massage in well.

Example: 1/4 teaspoon to each arm, each breast etc. For chest and abdomen apply 1 teaspoon.

During absorption, the cream goes to where it's needed to work. The body works in mysterious ways!

Absorption rates vary and everyone has different needs. I suggest a finger full per application which is roughly about a teaspoon. It's a solid cream and a little goes a long way.

You may feel your symptoms (hot flushes & night sweats) in particular, reduce within a week and for others it may take longer. You may also notice that if you have a flush coming on, it won't be as strong or it stops before full flush.
