Brand story
Two-Winged Fruit was established by a scientist with a passion for the environment. Founder Maretta Mann struggled to find palm oil-free skin care products; She was alarmed to learn that the worldwide demand for palm oil, which is used to make over 200 ingredients found in every day products, is a leading cause of rainforest destruction. She was dismayed to find that even products with labels such as ‘natural’ or ‘organic’ contained ingredients derived from palm oil. As a result, the entire Two-Winged Fruit brand has been formulated without the use of palm oil.  Certified palm oil free by Orangutan Alliance and approved by Palm Oil Investigations.

    smells great and makes hair shiny

    I use this after washing my hair, in conjunction with a leave in treatment, and it has made my hair super shiny and soft, as well as a gentle scent that isnt overpowering.

    My hair feels healthier

    I’m so happy l don’t need a conditioner now that l have this hair balm. If l get water in my ears l get otitis so the less water l need to rinse my hair with the better. Unfortunately l can’t bear dry shampoo. You only need a tiny amount of balm. It stops the dryness and frizz but doesn’t make my hair look or feel oily.

    No on hair, yes on face

    It left my hair very oily and heavy (even using the smallest amount). As I couldn’t use it on my hair I tried it on my face. And it works well. Super moisturising.
