In traditional Chinese medicine it has beneficial indications to tonify the blood, strengthen the lungs, nourish the heart and a calm the spirit (Shen).

Used by monks as an aid for spiritual journeying and development, meditation, higher cultivation, and transcendence.

Ethically and sustainably sourced from Zhejiang Province. Grown on beechwood and are usually harvested in September.

Certified Organic Ganoderma lucidum 15:1 hot water extract > 20% β-glucans and Organic Ganoderma lucidum whole mushroom powder.

Stir 1.85g once a day mixed into 250ml water/other drink and consume immediately or as recommended by your health practitioner.
