How to Cleanse, Tone, Moisturise & Treat with Biome Skin Care
Cleanse
3-in-1 Skin Trio Face Clay: Mix one tablespoon of the 3-in-1 Skin Trio face clay with two teaspoons of unscented liquid castile soap. Gently massage into face and neck to cleanse and rinse off.
Pure Plant Oils: Using the oil cleansing method, massage a small amount of an oil of your choice into skin for several minutes to draw out dirt, remove makeup and help balance sebum production. Pat face with a warm, wet face cloth to remove.
Tone
100% Pure Hydrosol & Alcohol Free Witch Hazel: Spritz face with your choice of hydrosol or witch hazel after a cleanse or mask to help minimise pores, lock in moisture and tone.
Moisturise
Pure Plant Oils: Massage a few drops of your choice of oil into face, neck and décollage. Use on its own or mix with your regular facial moisturiser. You can also use as an all over body moisturiser, as a hair serum, as an aftershave, to soothe dry elbows, knees and heels, and to help calm rosacea, psoriasis and eczema.
Mask
3-in-1 Skin Trio Face Clay: Mix one tablespoon of the 3-in-1 Skin Trio face clay with two teaspoons of a pure plant oil of your choice. Apply to face and leave for 10 minutes before rinsing off.
Exfoliate
3-in-1 Skin Trio Face Clay: Mix one tablespoon of the 3-in-1 Skin Trio face clay with two teaspoons of 100% pure, alcohol free witch hazel or a hydrosol of your choice. Gently massage into face and neck to exfoliate and rinse off.
Scrub + Soak: Pour desired amount into hands and rub together before massaging into the body in circular motions. Rinse in the shower or submerge in bath. Use instead of soap.
Soak
Scrub + Soak: Pour 1/4 cup of the Scrub + Soak into a warm, running bath. Soak for at least 15 minutes.
Acne Treatment
100% Pure, Alcohol Free Witch Hazel: Spritz directly on acne affected skin several times a day to soothe and assist healing.
