Yumbox is dishwasher safe. Top rack only. Handwashing is recommended for the outer shell and/or removing it before the dry heat cycle. Not to be heated over 65c. Yumbox exterior shell is not microwave safe and it is not recommended to microwave the tray.

to ensure that food stays in place and doesn't leak to other compartments, be sure to follow easy steps:

Do not overfill compartments;
Remove any excess liquid from canned fruit, applesauce and yogurts;
Keep contents cool by adding an ice pack to your lunch tote;
When closing Yumbox, press down on the lid with the palm of your hand and snap latch to closed position to create the best seal.
Do not pack youghurty drinks, soups or runny/watery dressings.
You can pack foods with the consistency of ranch dressing, ketchup, chunky salsas, hummus, yogurt, and veggie dips. These are all great options.
If you are not sure if your food choice is too liquidy to pack, we suggest that you conduct a quick test beforehand. Simply add the test food to a compartment, close Yumbox properly and give it a good shake (or leave it on its side for 10 min.) Set Yumbox back to normal position and open to see the results.

Large food well is 3/4 cup, small food well is 1/3 cups plus the dip well.

Orders are taking 3 to 4 days to leave us due to the need to space out our team for safety. Express is sent same or next day. Australia Post is also taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day. Take care everyone!

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online*, you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused and in a pristine saleable condition with the original packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores.
*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: It is not the case at the moment, but normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by midday. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive a telephone call/text to advise when your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
