Unlike terracotta and earthenware systems, this stoneware water filter system will not grow mould, become stained, deteriorate with age or leave a clay taste in your water. The inside of the purifier is glazed allowing ease of cleaning.
The purifier is fired to stoneware temperature making it the perfect non toxic material to store drinking water. Firing at this high temperature ensures your purifier is waterproof and extremely resilient to cracking, crazing and chipping.
Fitted with a stainless steel tap.
Lead free clay and glaze.
Includes a ceramic, carbon core filter that lasts 2000 litres (approx. 12 months). Replacement filters available.
All purifiers come with a one year written warranty.
As each purifier is handmade from natural materials, colour variation does occur and your purifier may appear slightly different to those pictured - making each purifier your very own.
Please note that the Pinky Red colour is usually much pinker than it can appear in the image.

Filter removes contaminants in three stages: 1. the ceramic membrane provides sub-micron filtration of fine particulate matter, bacteria, cysts & turbidity; 2. silver locked within prevents bacteria growth; 3. inner carbon core removes chlorine & organic compounds.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day. Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day. Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

This makes such a difference!

I had no idea how big a difference this would make to the taste of our water. Filtered water has almost a sweet taste to it, and its big enough that we have a constant supply to use for drinking and cooking. The purifier is beautiful, its a pleasure to have it on display.
