45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

The drink bottle is very attractive, holds a decent amount of water and the claim about the insulation keeping the water cool for a long period of time is accurate. It is probably not fair to promote it as 'tough enough for a mountain hike' as it certainly does not emerge unscathed if you drop it on hard surfaces. My bottle has experienced denting and scratching which is to be expected of a metal product but potential purchasers should not expect it to be super 'tough' and survive dropping or scraping on hard surfaces like the edge of a bench top or bricks.
love my s'well bottle. at 500ml it's perfect. not too heavy for my not so strong hands.
Fantastic drink bottles! Unique so I can always find it at work amongst everyone else and keeps my drink cold. They're especially great down the beach - you can leave it sat in the sun and still have ice cold water to drink!
