Form by T was established in 2018 with an inspired approach to creating high quality, sustainable staples for your wardrobe. All designs are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia. Slow fashion, sustainability and ethical practices are at the heart of the business. From made-to-order and ready-to-wear collections, garments are made from mostly natural fibers and some deadstock fabric that would otherwise be going to landfill. Fabrics such as linen, hemp, organic cotton, wool, Tencel and Cupro are primarily used to ensure all pieces are biodegradable. All fabrics are sourced from Australian suppliers.
