45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. Great for summer

Great to make your own ice blocks with this. I find it a bit hard to get them out, but I think I'm just impatient!

Great - but a warning for young kids!

After a year of almost constant use, my 5 year old stuck her finger through the lid hole. We immediately tried to put oil on her finger but it wouldn’t budge. A doctor friend told us how to try and remove it using elastic, which didn’t work either as her finger was too swollen. We had to go to emergency and have it cut off (the lid, not her finger!). I’ve only just bought replacement lids ten months on. These are great for healthy treats, but as with so many things, watch your little inquisitive kids!!

Sturdy

These are fantastic! Well constructed from durable materials. My 3 year old was so delighted to make her own icy poles. The price held me back for a while, however now that we have them I think they're worth it.

Fantastic alternative to plastic packaged ice blocks

This summer I realised how much single use plastic my family goes through with the individually packaged ice blocks (eg. Zooper Doopers) and I decided I could make quite a huge impact by buying ice block moulds to make them myself. However, I wasn't looking forward to more plastic moulds which crack after a while anyway. I was so excited when I saw these stainless steel moulds that will last a lifetime and avoid thousands of soft plastic in my family alone! The price made me a bit nervous at first but with the durable material I know it's an excellent investment. I'm really happy with the moulds and we have used them a lot in the first month of receiving them. I'm even trying a stack of new flavours, and am happy to make more healthy icy snacks for my kids the pre-packaged ones! The ice blocks are tough to pull out of the moulds straight out of the freezer so either leave them on the bench a few minutes or run the outside under some warm water for a few seconds and they slide right out. I love them, the kids love them, we're all happy.
