how to wash Sinchies: Wash with a bottle brush and pop on a cup or over utensils to dry open. Also possible to rinse and then wash in dishwasher with them propped open.
how to fill: open the reusable pouch at the ziplock and pull the bottom gusset open. Fill your Sinchies (using various means such as pouring from container, funnel, piping bag, sauce bottle). Tap on the bench. Fasten ziplock.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day. Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day. Thank you so much for supporting us.
45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

These are great and you can use them for pretty much anything; really!!! You can use them for ice blocks, juice pouches, custard, chocolate mousse, sauces, jelly, and even your personal items for travelling such as lotions, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, etc… They fit neatly in your travel bags, eskies, hand bag, or even in the car. Simply rinse off or clean with a bottle brush. I find it hard to get them dry but I just grab a wooden spoon out of the baking drawer and place the bag over the hand while standing in the cutlery drainer on the sink to dry.
