45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Pain to seal properly

They're really difficult to get a seal to hold - you have to create a vacuum in the pouch to get it to hold properly which can be fiddly and time consuming.

Good eco choice

This is a great eco choice, only downside is I find them a bit tricky to close sometimes!

They don’t seal

Loved the idea of these stand alone pouches for freezing soups or other liquids, unfortunately they don’t stay closed. I’ve had to use stationary clips to close them and then put it in a plastic bag to completely seal it for the freezer.

Don't waste your money

I bought 2 sets of the pouches and none of them remain sealed. Once I've pressed the seal closed, it immediately springs back open. They don't snap into place like the ziplock seals on plastic sandwich bags. I bought this to store nuts and dried fruits, but as they can't seal it is useless .
