how to wash Sinchies:

Wash with a bottle brush and pop on a cup or over utensils to dry open.  Also possible to rinse and then wash in dishwasher with them propped open.  For the spout, use a small teat brush or sippy straw cleaning brush.

how to fill:

open the reusable pouch at the ziplock and pull the bottom gusset open. Fill your Sinchies (using various means such as pouring from container, funnel, piping bag, sauce bottle). Tap on the bench. Screw on lid. Fasten ziplock.

Title : can't clean them
Comment : The liquid contents get stuck within little gaps where the pouch has been fused together (at the ends where the resealable bit is) that you can't clean out so the stuck food (eg yoghurt) goes smelly and gross

Comment : Love the design,and pouch is actually transparent with design. Helped daughter when on a liquid diet only .

Title : Good idea
Comment : I purchased this for use hiking. Worked well for yogurt with mashed fruit, and also milk drinks (no leaks). The only issue was after washing, being plastic, it absorbed the smell of the lemon dishwashing detergent, so the next time I used it the yogurt had a lemony smell & taste! This was removed by washing in warm water only.
