45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Very sturdy, child proof!

I love this stainless steel alternative to plastic sippy cups that don't last. Even better, you can buy replacement silicon mouth pieces when they wear through, rather than an entire new cup. When receiving the cup it had rating for 6month plus which wasn't listed in the product information on the website. That was fine for us, as it was for my 6 month old, however she can't get anything out of it as it requires quite a strong suck, which she can't do. If you take the plug out the water comes through easily (but then spills everywhere). When she gets a bit bigger, I'm sure it'll be a great toddler cup.

These sippy cups are fabulous. They're hard wearing, easy to clean and leakproof.

These sippi cups are excellent, they're easy for toddlers to hold, pick up & throw hehehe - hardwearing, and I really like that they don't leak - unless you really throw them hard onto the floor :)
