45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

I figured that my friends new baby would get a few of the traditional Sophie's so bought this instead and it was well received.
This didn't last us very long before it split down the joins of the rubber on the handles. I probably just was unlucky, but the larger Sophie has been more durable.
This is a much harder rubber than the original Sophie the Giraffe. This teething ring is good for very young babies which have teeth come sooner than 6mths. This is better for younger babies as it is smaller for them to chew on compared to the larger original Sophie the Giraffe. Easy to hold and easy to clean - this one has not lost any of it's colour/paint, whereas the original larger Sophie the Giraffe weathers more.
