45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

A little pricey but works really well

It's the perfect size for covering regular sized plates and bowls in the microwave, to keep food warm after cooking and to keep food covered in the fridge. The only con is that it's a bit expensive to buy multiple to use at the same time.

Great replacement for cling wrap

After having this product for a few months it is so regularly used in our home and we always have guests asking us about it. Easy to clean, can be put in the dishwasher in is perfect for the glass contains that cant be microwaved with their lids on. I recommend this product and have even bought it as a gift for people!

So Useful!

I adore these food covers. I have every size now. They seal a single bowl of salad for lunch, marinating meat in a large bowl or individual trifles in the fridge. I love being able to dish up a serve of something in a bowl and not use storage containers (saves washing up). I use them as microwave splatter protectors on the glass clip lock containers when reheating items as those lids can't be microwaved. The seal they create on a the rim is just remarkable (you can pick up a lightweight bowl with the pink bit - not recommending this, but it shows the seal it makes). You can get a little bit out of a bowl and it seals right up again without any fuss. I use the little ones on a cup of coffee if I get called away from it! They are cute enough to leave on the table when eating outside to keep flies off the food. Easy to clean and mine are used nearly every day.
