Keep Cups are barista standard because they replicate standard takeaway sizes and fit under the group heads of most espresso machines.  For espresso based coffee, the crema remains intact and the portioning of milk to coffee will be correct. Brew Edition glass coffee cup has a silicone band.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Keep cup

Glass is the way to go with a keep cup. I bought 2 one for my bf and I. I have to remind him to take it to work but we both agree, coffee tastes slightly better out of this cup and it feels good knowing every time we use it its one less disposable cup going in landfill! I don't find the glass gets too hot to hold but I do think some baristas are afraid to make the coffee as hot as usual. Also I wish there was markings on these cups to indicate various measurements because every cafe is different in terms of coffee sizes.

I'm really enjoying using my Sea Shepherd. Its not as heavy as i thought it would be so i can carry it with me in my handbag

Coffee tastes better

I have a plastic keep cup but the coffee is much nicer out of this. I left it unwashed for a day and it didn't smell after washing, unlike plastic cups.
