Replacement parts: longevity is an important eco princple, hence we offer replacement parts such as seals and magnets.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day.  Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day.  Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

By far the best lunch box I’ve ever bought. My daughter is three and has no troubles getting through it. Magnets make such an exciting addition to the box that I’ve never seen before on any lunch box. Very durable and super easy to clean unlike the plastic lunch boxes that make grease hard to clean. Thank you planet box

Built to last!

Was tired of broken plastic lunch boxes, so took the risk on purchasing a mlre sustainable 'Rover' planetbox.

First one was purchased a few years ago for my then 3 year old son, who is now nearly 5 and still uses it every day. Still in as new condition, even with a very energetic and sometimes rough preschooler bashing it around most days. I have literally caught him jumping on it, so can happily vouch for it's quality.

No problem for little fingers opening it (which was a concern before purchasing). My 3 year old son could open it without any problems straight away. Magnet decals added a bit of fun also, and allow easy identification. We tend to make lunches the night before with our kids, and they love attaching their magnets, and placing their lunchbox in the fridge, ready for the morning!

So impressed with the quality of these that I have just purchased another for my youngest child (nearly 2 years old). I am confident these will last many more years (likely until the kids require more food and want the larger ones!).

Good value for money in my opinion as I know I will not be buying another lunchbox for many more years to come.

Excellent Lunch box

We just purchased this for our 7 year old as she wasn't able to open a different stainless lunchbox we had purchased. The size is perfect and the dippers can be added separately to add more food. It's extremely high quality and I can see this lunch box lasting years to come. About to purchase for me other kids as well.
