PlanetBox is designed to keep foods from “touching each other.” The  top and the bottom meet so that foods will not co-mingle. The box is not designed to hold wet, messy foods like yogurt, dips, and applesauce. The included dipper is intended for foods such as these.

Care Instructions: 

  • Please ensure magnets are removed and everything is completely dry before reapplying magnets. 
  • Longevity is an important eco principle, hence we offer replacement parts.
  • Hand wash carry bag (fully submerging bag in water is ok) and air dry.

The PlanetBox is made of high quality 18/8 (300 SS) and 18/0 (400 SS, not 200 SS) stainless steel. It is food safe and will not leach toxic chemicals when in contact with food. These types of stainless steel have been used for food storage in many cultures for generations, and are preferred materials for hospitals, commercial kitchens, and other environments where sanitation is a priority.

Dipper lid is made from silicone that conforms to U.S. FDA and Europe’s stricter LFGB standards, and is safe from toxic chemicals.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days.  Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day.  Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day.  Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Fantastic

We love our Rovers and I'm so glad we added the shuttle to our collection. This box is very sturdy and while compact holds a surprising amount of food, more than enough for a preppies lunch or breakfast on the go. Super easy to clean thanks to being dishwasher safe this is one handy and versatile little lunchbox.

Planetbox Shuttle

I love this lunch box so much. I bought it a year ago for my little boy who was starting kindergarten, and it has been used every day and still looks great. It makes packing lunches so easy and it's great not to have to wrap everything. I found this the perfect size, although I often throw an apple or orange into his bag as well. The cold pack has also lasted very well. I have washed it lots of times in the washing machine in a delicates bag, and it also still looks good. My little fellow's teacher always commented on his lunches and said it was the best lunch box ever, and that all the other kindergarten teachers had said so too. I highly recommend it and have bought 2 more for my 2 and 4 year old.

Perfect

This has been the perfect size for a kinder lunch and snack. With a bit of creative cutting, you can fit a sandwich or roll along with cut up fruit, veggies, crackers, cheese, etc. Easy for kids to open and close, including the leak-proof dipper pot. Nice and durable.

Great for 4 year olds

My girl does not have a big appetite so this is perfect for her. It can hold a sandwich and some veggies. If I pack a hot lunch, this becomes a great snack box.
