45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

I switched to TOM products many years ago and have seen the company go from strength to strength in their product offerings. These are great to have on hand, and though I find the individual wrapping a little wasteful it is convenient to pop a few in your bag for just in case!

Excellent product. works beautifully and holds a bit without leaking. comfortable and soft.
I found these absorbed well and lasted throughout the day. No falling apart or pilling. I agree with the other comment about not being compact - it would be great if they could package them pre-folded so you can pop a few in your handbag. I will happily re-purchase.
I bought a box of these to try, and my sister gave me another box she hadn't used. Whilst I am still using them they are not ideal. My major gripe is that a lot of the glue stays behind in your underwear when removing them. The second negative is that within the box the liners are flat with no further packaging, meaning you cannot put a few in your handbag etc as they will get unsanitary.
