the brand story:

A small family-run business, The Broth Sisters is owned and run by real-life sisters Linda and Jane. Growing up on a farm in northern NSW a ‘farm to table’ approach was what they knew best. The food they ate was the food their papa planted, nurtured and harvested. It was an ideal childhood centred around family, friends and simple pleasures. For a while they lived separate lives, but always came back to papa's broth. They both had young families when Jane proposed they use their secret family recipes and create a delicious broth packed with love, not only for their families, but for everyone to enjoy.

Together they embarked upon a journey to share papa’s broth and establish a business to provide their premium artisan made broth to health clients and local communities. The business has grown organically and they now supply their beautiful broth, made locally in Port Melbourne from the finest quality, locally sourced ingredients at many farmers’ markets and fine food stores in Melbourne and it’s greater regions.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.

Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.

Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.
