you are making a difference:

Unlike most non-stick cookware made with PTFE and other harmful toxins, the ceramic coating is not harmful to the environment or humans because it is made from silica as found in sand and rocks.
Low energy production. For Teflon and similar coatings, extremely high temperatures are required. The ceramic coating is sprayed on using air pressure and the products are baked in a low temperature kiln.
PFOA is not used during production and thus does not off-gas from the cookware. Additionally, CO2 emission is reduced in the manufacturing process compared to PTFE.
No heavy metals such as Cadmium, Lead and Mercury, so no harmful toxins are released even at high temperature.
Highly durability against scratches and high temp allows the non-stick coating to last longer.

Cleaning ceramic non-stick cookware is a breeze inside and outside.

Highly scratch resistant. You can use metal utensils, though common sense is still required. Sharp objects such as knives and forks can cause damage.

Ovenproof up to 300 degrees.
Dishwasher safe.

Extremely high quality production, made from die-cast aluminium with excellent thermal conductivity.
Uses same principles as cast iron cookware with a thick base and sides, yet it is incredibly lightweight.

We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day. Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day. Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.
