45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.
Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).
Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Love this comb. Wide side perfect for wet hair and fine side perfect for when your hair dries. And I haven't broken it like I normally do when I drop the plastic combs.
I have used plastic combs for as long as I can remember, but when I lost my last one I decided that it was time to make the switch to a more sustainable option. This comb works amazingly - I particularly love the two different widths which makes brushing my hair all that bit easier
Great for detangling - no broken plastic teeth but not so good for doing parts, though that is probably because it's a wide toothed comb.
I've used plastic combs for so long, i didn't know what it would be like to use a wooden one. so i got this. i'm not giving it up any time soon! Feels fantastic on the scalp, slides through my hair easier than the plastic ones do, doesn't tug on my hair at all, unlike the plastic ones that seem to drag through and that can cause damage. I'm going to buy a few more of these i think and give them to a few friends of mine!
I have previously always used a brush but decided to switch to a comb. It is working great for both brushing and styling my hair. Very happy with the switch and loving the Bamboo
