Natural, Australian and ethical, this business was born from humble beginnings in the kitchen of husband and wife team, Emma, a journalist and Anthony, a Doctor. They were driven to making soaps in their kitchen after growing tired of seeing nasty sulfates, parabens, detergents, and artificial fragrances among other irritants in store bought soap. Not long after, family and friends' love and demand for their soaps outgrew their kitchen. Today, each product is guaranteed cruelty free, vegan, and palm oil free and to further their commitment to the business and the community they hold regular fundraisers and donation systems for not-for-profit organisations.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Moisturising soap with a great texture

I love the Australian Natural Soap Company and have tried so many of their products. This one is a winner that I will keep using. I bought this as I felt my skin drying up during winter, and this has been a lovely moisturising soap that keeps it feeling soft and smooth. The scent is much nicer than I expected - very earthy and calming. I've found that across this brand the soaps have very different textures. Some stay firm even when constantly wet and others go sloppy with just a bit of moisture. This is somewhere in between. Inside my soap bag it dissolved too quickly, so I use it by itself and store it on my shower caddy to dry out in the open, which is working well and minimising wastage. Even without the soap bag it lathers up quite nicely so that you don't have to work too hard to spread it over your body. Lovely product for all ages and genders.

Not drying

I love this soap - its lasted ages and doesnt leave my skin feeling super dry like a lot of other soaps. It doesnt smell very strong so I think next time I'll get one with a more exciting scent but definitely loved it
