  • The tangerine, ylang ylang and patchouli scent is mellow and fruity whilst coconut milk, black cumin oil, yucca root and aloe vera provide nourishment.
  • Use on its own for a quick and easy shampoo (excellent for short hair), or combine with a conditioning apple cider vinegar rinse (1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to 1 cup warm water) or liquid conditioner for best results.
  • Can also be used as a body wash.

saponified olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, coconut milk, rice bran oil, hempseed oil, castor oil, black cumin oil, pure essential oils of tangerine, patchouli, ylang ylang, sweet orange and lavender, yellow clay, yucca root, aloe vera and paprika oil (for colour).

Shampoo experiment

This was the first shampoo bar I used since switching to zero/low waste. It lasted me months and was great. I am now using the rosemary shampoo bar and am liking it too. The tangerine bar was great because I didnt have to wash my hair as often as I use to when I was using bottle shampoo (washed my hair every second day before, now can go up to 4 days without washing my hair). The down side to the tangerine bar was that it made my head itchy and after after washing my hair it made my hair feel strawy but doing an apple cider vinegar rinse solved that feeling. The rosemary bar makes my hair feel super soft and I don't experience any itching. However it stings my eyes a bit when I'm washing my hair and gave me dandruff. Both bars have their pros and cons but I would definitely buy/recommend them both again but it's best just to do your research and experiment with different bars to find what is best for you.

I purchased this to keep at work, the tin it so handy for keeping my shampoo in good condition, and the scent is to die for!

Smells incredible!

If only you could smell the product online- it's seriously the best. A great job at cleaning and surprisingly left my hair soft after being in the ocean all day. Very happy with this!
