We are shipping orders in 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed by 10am are sent same day. Please note that Australia Post is taking longer than normal to deliver, including express is not always next day. Thank you so much for supporting us.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

*with the exception of skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Normally our orders leave within 24 hours from Brisbane (Monday - Friday). Orders will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $75. Shipping for orders under $75 is $9.95, or $6.95 for delivery to SE Qld postcodes 4000-4299, 4500-4549.

Express: place orders by 10am. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Weird

That's my first time using shampoo / conditioner bars. It lathers beautiful, it's easy to use, and looks like it's going to last. But... it makes my hair weird... It happened after the second and third wash. I have long and wavy/ curly hair with dry ends but an oily scalp. This shampoo works beautifully on the top half of my hair: no oily scalp even after 4 days (usually oily after 2 days), it's shiny and soft... but the bottom half ?!? I have no curls, nearly straight in some areas and my hair is all frizzy like if I dry brushed it (curly haired people would know what I'm talking about).. I've never had that happening before.. maybe too much essential oils ? They seem pretty high in the ingredient list.. Anyway I ended up back to my normal shampoo and the crazy hair is gone ...So unfortunately this shampoo/conditioner combo is not for me...
