45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods - you can either post back to us or return to one of our stores. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty.

Standard: Once the order has been shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination. Standard Australian shipping is free on orders over $50. Shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95.

Express: place orders by noon AEST. Orders generally arrive next day if you are in the Australia Post Next Day Delivery network and subject to Australia Post fulfilling its guarantee. Only available for orders up to 4kg (excludes bulky/heavy items such as Bokashi bins, cleaning products and large size items to areas outside Brisbane unless you wish to pay the total Australia Post Express Post charge).

Click & Collect: simply choose your store pick up location at checkout and we will arrange for your order to be there within 3 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse) for free. Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.

International: Flat rate shipping from $15 for orders up to 2kg. We ship to NZ, USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, China, Europe (EU) and other countries. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas. The final cost of shipping is shown at checkout once you have added your delivery location.

Snack box

Fabulous for snacks for two kids or a lunch for one. Good depth- can fit a decent amount in each section. Currently our go-to container. Only drawback is that it's hard for my 3 year old to open on her own.

Light and easy

I love this lunchbox. I bought it for my toddler But I actually use it on the days I go to work. I haven't had any leakage issues though I don't put anything too wet in it and I make sure the lunch box sits upright just in case. Its light, a good size and it just feels good eating out of it as opposed to plastic. And it sure gets a lot of comments. I suspect that over time we will end up with a few more.

Great lunchbox

I bought this lunchbox for my daughter 2 years ago from Biome. It still looks new! My daughter loves the compartments, and I love that it prompts me to give her a variety of healthy foods each time we use it. Highly recommend it.

excellent for kids snack

this box worked magic for us when going out with the kids and for picnics and any outing occasions really. the depth is good enough to take decent amount of cherry tomatoes, cut applies, crackers ,cube cheese, etc. I put up to 6 pieces of 'triangle cut' sandwiches in each compartment (depending on the sandwich contents of course). in an insulated bag, it keeps the food beautifully cold
